+115% revenue per month, live September 2025

The Custom Shower Company remodels bathrooms in Mississippi. Here is what changed once we took over the customer side — measured against their own records from the twelve months before we started.

    Before us

When you first came into the picture, it was so bad — there was no money to be made. Everything was going right back in; we couldn't move forward.

    27

    signed contracts, last 90 days

    $194,431

    in signed work

On the appointments that held, booking-to-close grew +53%.

The growth shows up across the funnel

More of the appointments booked actually held — 16.1 to 20.3 a month — and more of those closed. Signed contracts went from 3.6 to 9.1 a month, a 153% increase.

The same shower — before us, and now.

$7,000 to $18,551. 165% more revenue on one job, and not one thing about their craftsmanship changed.

Both figures are that contractor's own signed proposals, which we hold on file. The current one is a signed contract dated 10 August 2026; half of a single line item covering a closet build has been removed because that is different scope.

Not the market. Not luck. Not new craft.

Same crews, same market, same trade — the only thing that changed was who ran the customer side. Their own twelve months before us is the ‘do nothing’ line sitting right next to where they run now. The craftsmanship did not change. The conversation with the homeowner did.

The best option, not just a good one

The same four options every contractor weighs.

    vs. doing nothing

Their own prior twelve months is the flat line. The gap between that line and where they run now is the cost of waiting.

    vs. hiring a CSR

That is one more person to manage, train, cover and replace — a seat they would have to run themselves. We are a team and a process, not a seat to fill.

    vs. buying a CRM

They already owned one. The tool was never the problem; the person running it was missing.

    vs. more marketing

More marketing adds volume at the top. The leak was never the top of the funnel — it was everything after. That is the part we run.

    In their words

Taken from our regular calls with him. Trimmed for length — nothing added.

    Keegan Dozier
This is actually what works — not consulting, not good-idea theory. You cracked the code.
    On what contractors actually need
Y'all actually get your hands dirty. You actually get in there and get it done. That's what contractors need. They don't need somebody to consult and tell them what to do. They need help. They can't do it all.
On getting out of the field
I am out of the field a lot. I was in the field just a minute ago, but I'm still running around a little bit — but it is not nearly what it used to be.
    On the crew
I feel like we're finally an oiled machine. Everybody kind of has their role, they know what they're good at. Of course we still have our normal hiccups, but man, this is the best I've felt about it since I've started.
    On what the homeowner said
She said it was the best contractor experience she's had.
    On nothing falling through
This won't let you miss anything. There's no chance in hell it'll let you miss anything. Makes a big difference.
    On what left his plate
I don't know how many calls y'all get, because y'all answer the phone now — not me.

    How this was measured

Window: the 90 days ending 11 August 2026. Before: the twelve months immediately before The Custom Shower Company's go-live, from their previous CRM — not ours. Revenue: homeowner contract value at signature, not collected cash or profit. First-party operational data; individual results vary.

The whole book is on the record.

This is one of three, and every one is on the record. See the whole book on the case studies index.
