We Close 25% More,Or We Work For Free
Our guarantee is a revenue floor: in your first 90 days after go-live, we close at least 25% more than you did in your last 90 days before us. Miss it and we work the next 30 days free, and if it still hasn't happened you are free to end your contract.
Blue Collar Infrastructure guarantees a revenue floor. In the first 90 days after your CSR goes live on day 31, we close at least 25% more revenue than your agreed baseline, which is the revenue you closed in the last 90 days before go-live. Miss it and we work the next 30 days for free. If it still hasn't happened, you are free to end your contract.
1. The promise
In your first 90 days after go-live, we will close at least 25% more revenue than you did in your last 90 days before go-live.
2. When the clock starts
Go-live is day 31, the day your CSR goes live. The first 30 days are the build.
3. Your baseline
The revenue you closed in the last 90 days immediately before go-live, taken from your own records and agreed in writing before we start.
4. The remedy
If we miss it, we work the next 30 days for free. If it still hasn't happened at the end of those 30 days, you are free to end your contract.
5. What you have to do
Finish onboarding inside the 30-day build window. Deliver your estimates at the kitchen table using the tool we build for you. Show up to the daily 15-minute sync and the weekly one-hour ops meeting.
6. Exclusions
None.
The floor is 25%. The book runs past it.
Here is where our current clients stand, each measured against his own records from before we started:
The guarantee measures closed revenue in your first 90 days against your own last 90 days. The figures above measure revenue per month against each contractor’s twelve months before go-live. Different windows, same direction.
The weakest client in the book is up 77%. The floor we put in writing is 25%. That is the whole client list, not a selection, and every ‘before’ figure comes from the system each contractor ran before us.
What exactly are you guaranteeing?
A revenue floor. In your first 90 days after go-live, we close at least 25% more revenue than you did in your last 90 days before us.
It is measured on closed revenue, not activity. If the number is not there, the guarantee is not met.
What counts as my baseline?
The revenue you closed in the last 90 days immediately before go-live. It comes from your own records, and we agree on it in writing before we start.
When does the 90 days start?
At go-live, which is day 31 - the day your CSR goes live. The first 30 days are the build. See pricing for how that sequence is billed.
What happens if you miss it?
We work the next 30 days for free. No monthly fee, no percentage, for that window.
If it still hasn't happened at the end of those 30 days, you are free to end your contract. That is the whole remedy.
What do I have to do to keep the guarantee?
Three things, and they are the same three things that make the work possible.
Finish onboarding inside the 30-day build window. Deliver your estimates at the kitchen table using the tool we build for you. Show up to the daily 15-minute sync and the weekly one-hour ops meeting.
There are no exclusions beyond that.
These are not fine print. They are the reason we can make the promise at all. We only take clients we can put a floor under, and we cannot put a floor under a contractor who will not run his estimates on the tool we build him or show up to the daily fifteen minutes.
If you are not going to do those things, tell us on the call. We would rather not take the work than take it without the guarantee attached.
Why would you offer this?
Because we are already paid a percentage of the revenue we help manage. If the revenue does not move, we do not get paid either.
The guarantee only formalises a risk we already carry. Writing it down does not change what we are exposed to - it just puts it on paper before you sign.
And because the record says we clear it. Across every client we have, revenue per month is up 151%. We are not guaranteeing something we hope will happen. We are guaranteeing a fraction of what is already happening, and publishing the whole book so you can check.
A floor you can hold us to, and a record you can check it against.
Blue Collar Infrastructure is the customer-facing operation for contractors. The contractor builds the job. We handle the customer.
Bring your own numbers to the call. We will read your booking and follow-up data with you and tell you what a 25% lift would actually be worth on your revenue - before anybody signs anything.
